I traded in a bunch of old sports equipment I had to get my daughter a new bat and softball facemask. I took store credit and got my daughter what she needed. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have recommended it to several of my friends. They have anything you could ever need for doing anything active. I most definitely will be back.

I recently purchased a new bat from this store, but after getting home I realized it was bent. I returned to the store expecting a simple exchange or refund for a clearly defective product. Initially, I was told they could offer store credit, but after several minutes of discussion, they ultimately refused both a refund and an exchange. As a parent with three boys involved in eight different sports, I spend a significant amount on sporting equipment throughout the year. While this particular purchase was only around $80, customer service and standing behind the products you sell matter much more in the long run. I’ve always appreciated having another option besides DICK’S Sporting Goods for sports equipment, but based on this experience, I’ll be taking my business back there permanently. Very disappointing experience overall.

I had a great experience going in for the first time! From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Heather who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to make sure I found what I needed! I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

It does what it’s supposed to do. It is a secondhand sporting war or sporting goods store and it also sells brand new equipment. I did not like how cramped it was. It made it claustrophobic to be in that store with so many other people and I just don’t think it’s the place you go if you’re looking for soccer goods, they had a little area dedicated to soccer, but it was usually mostly it was used cleats and old balls. But if your kids getting into hockey or lacrosse, this is definitely a place you need to go cause those sports are expensive as well and this store can help you get better brands even if someone else has put a couple miles on them. The two guys that were working when we went there, were kind and very helpful.

They have a lot of stuff to choose from new and used. It’s not just a second rate used sports store definitely worth giving them a chance.
